Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Obsession Men's Grooming ("Obsession," "we," "us") collects through obsessionmensgrooming.com and when you book with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- This website has no sign-up forms, no accounts and no analytics or advertising trackers.
- Bookings happen through Booksy, which collects the details needed to schedule your appointment.
- We use your information only to provide and manage your appointments. We never sell it.
02Information we collect
When you book through Booksy. When you book, Booksy collects information such as your name, phone number, email address, the services you book and your appointment history, and shares it with us so we can serve you. Booksy's handling of that information, including any payment details, is covered by the Booksy Privacy Policy. We don't receive or store your full payment card details.
When you contact us. If you call, text or message us on Instagram, we receive the information you choose to share, like your name, number and message.
Service notes. To give you a consistent cut, we may keep notes about your preferences, such as guard numbers, styles and color formulas, along with any sensitivities you tell us about.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. Some features load from third parties (see section 04), and those providers receive your IP address when they load.

04Third-party services
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and never sell or rent your personal information. These include:
- Booksy, for online booking, reminders and payments (privacy policy)
- Google, for the embedded map and website fonts (privacy policy)
- Vercel, our website hosting provider (privacy policy)
- Instagram, if you choose to follow or message us there (privacy policy)
We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

06How long we keep it
We keep client information for as long as you're an active client and as needed to meet legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 08).

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and our site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take care to limit who can access your information.
08Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you promotional messages. Contact us using the details below. Information held in your Booksy account can also be managed directly in the Booksy app. Depending on where you live, including under Texas law, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor them as required.
09Children
This website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information online from them. Appointments for minors must be booked by a parent or guardian.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
