Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of obsessionmensgrooming.com and the grooming services offered by Obsession Men's Grooming ("Obsession," "we," "us"), a private suite run by Amberia inside A Suite Salons in Frisco, Texas. By using this site or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

01Booking appointments

All appointments are booked online through Booksy, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, you also agree to Booksy's Terms of Service, and Booksy handles your booking and any payment details on its platform. An appointment is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from Booksy.

Please choose the service that fits what you need. New clients should book the new-client haircut. If you want a fade (#2 or shorter) or haven't had a cut in eight weeks or more, book the Fades service so there's enough time to do it right. If the booked service doesn't match the work needed, we may adjust the service and price or reschedule you.

02Arrival, cancellations & no-shows

• Please arrive on time. This is a one-chair suite, so a late arrival can shorten your service or push the next client. If you arrive late, we may treat the appointment as a no-show.
• Obsession enforces a cancellation policy on select services. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do it through Booksy before the deadline shown on your booking confirmation.
• A cancellation fee may be charged for no-shows and late cancellations, at our discretion. No fee is charged when you show up on time or cancel before the deadline.

03Pricing & payment

Prices on this website are provided for convenience and may change. The price and duration shown in Booksy at the time you book is the one that applies. Payment for your service is due in full once the service is completed. We accept cash, card and Zelle.

04Your service

• Please tell us before your service about any scalp or skin conditions, allergies or sensitivities, especially before color, grey coverage or perm services. Color services are bleach-free.
• We don't offer straight-razor services.
• Hair texture, growth and condition vary from person to person, so results can differ from reference photos. If something isn't right, let us know within a few days and we'll do our best to make it right.
• Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian to book the appointment and approve the service.
• We may ask to photograph finished cuts for our portfolio and social media. We'll only post a photo of you with your permission.

05Using this website

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes: learning about our services and booking an appointment. The photos, text and design on this site belong to Obsession Men's Grooming or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

The site links to and embeds third-party services, including Booksy, Google Maps and Instagram. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

06Disclaimers & limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is." We work to keep hours, prices and information accurate, but we don't guarantee the site will always be accurate, complete or available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obsession Men's Grooming is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

08Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site or book services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
